• Occupational License Application [PDF] - Print, fill out, mail in with $50 fee.
  
• Payroll Withholding Tax Form [PDF] - You should be holding 1.5% of the gross wages from each employee you have working in Auburn. (Logan County has a .75% tax. If you haven’t already set up an account with them, please call Sue Carol Marshall at (270) 726-4667.
• Annual Reconciliation Form [PDF]
• Gross Receipts Tax Form [PDF] - There is a .33% (.0033) annual tax on gross receipts for any business related revenues generated inside the city limits of Auburn.

Yard Sale Permit Application

Effective September 14, 2020 all yard sales within the city limits of Auburn must be permitted.

We recommend you submit your yard sale permit application online. However, you may also download and mail us your permit application if you choose.
